About the Role:

Real time visibility of the entire fleet is the most critical aspect of running a fleet management business. KeepTruckin intends to build best in class products in this space that can help fleets run safe & efficient operations as well as generate outsized ROI through improved productivity. We are looking for an exceptional product leader who is looking to build & scale industry leading products, has proven experience building on 0-1 products & collaborating with cross-functional, cross-geography teams.

As a Group product manager, you will partner closely with other product managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to make our vision a reality.  In this role, we’ll be relying on you to own the success of mission-critical initiatives that will drive rapid company growth. And you’ll need to quickly develop expert knowledge of our customers, our offerings, and the market.  In return, you’ll receive visibility across the organization and will be a key voice in one of the most exciting companies in the transportation industry. What You'll Do:

• Develop new products & platforms to create optimal customer experiences that help drive user engagement with our website and mobile app.
• Partner with business leaders from stakeholder teams on formulation and execution of digital strategy, vision and product roadmap
• Get close to our customers to discover their needs and translate that into solutions that help them get more out of KeepTruckin.
• Partner closely with our design team to design product features that turn our customers into raving fans
• Partner closely with engineering to quickly and iteratively ship code that has a very high success rate
• Manage a small team & actively contribute to an amazing work culture

What We're Looking For:

• 6+ years product management experience preferably on core product, 2+ years in a people management role
• Data-driven decision maker with strong product intuition
• Has very high attention to detail & obsesses about customer experience
• Strong communicator and can engage with customers & internal stakeholders effectively
• Scrappy (able to make things happen with limited resources)
• Proven experience in delivering commercially successful software products
• Prior experience working with mobile, embedded & data science teams is a big plus
