We’re looking for a Group Product Manager to develop and lead the vision and strategy of our internal-facing Demand Management product group. This is a great opportunity to be at the forefront of business strategy and product innovation to support HubSpot’s continued growth. In this role your mission is to get the right lead to the right sales motion at the right time across all segments and geographies. We need a seasoned Product leader with a passion for internal products experience solving for go-to-market teams and someone who thrives when operating with cross-functional teams.
This Group Product Manager role will be responsible for leading a team of PMs responsible for a suite of features that are critical to our internal sales teams. These features include:

HubSpot’s lead pipeline

Data enrichment and lead workability services
-
Bespoke segmentation and territory tools and assignment systems
-
Experiences to support sales rep’s sourcing activities
The Demand Management group is a critical part of HubSpot’s long term strategy. These teams are instrumental in ensuring our internal customers have the tools they need to be successful and ultimately help HubSpot grow. In this role the GPM will be responsible for creating and executing on the vision of how we best solve for our customers in this space maintaining a high bar for product quality while driving an excellent customer experience throughout the product and determining how we position our capabilities here as a competitive advantage. Cash compensation range: 183056-292870 USD Annually This resource will help guide how we recommend thinking about the range you see. Learn more about HubSpot’s compensation philosophy . The cash compensation above includes base salary on-target commission for employees in eligible roles and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate including their skills experience qualifications and other job-related reasons.
