Group Product Manager, Driver Quality

Flexcar is in search of a Group Product Manager to own the product experience around Driver Quality. You’ll be obsessed with understanding how we can keep our customers and vehicles safe. Our ability to continually optimize how we manage risk quality will allow us to pass on the most value to our customers- both in our current business and any new ventures. This role is a cross-functional champion of this principle and is an exciting opportunity to have an impact across the risk spectrum of our product! 

What you’ll do:

• Own the Driver Quality product experience across the customer lifecycle, ranging from upfront screening and insurance solutions through in-car driving behavior and claims processes.

• Act as product owner for a full-stack development teams, establishing a prioritized backlog of features and conducting iterative testing.

• Develop scalable competencies around driver quality management. These competencies require a blend of technology and operational processes backed by data-driven policies. 
• Partner with operational teams to ensure that we’re able to accurately track vehicle damage cases that require follow up our customers.
• Leverage Analytics and Finance partners to define and implement risk models that enable us to manage driving risk across the customer lifecycle.
