About the Job

Our team is in search of a Group Product Manager, eCommerce to lead our newest growth initiative, “eSpacio” by BEES. eSpacio is an application that enables our retailers around the globe to set up their own consumer-facing eCommerce website. The primary responsibility of the Group Product manager is manage the full product ecosystem of eSpacio, including the Consumer Experience, Merchant Experience, and Back-Office Tooling.

This is a new initiative with a lean team and a start-up mindset. This role provides the exciting opportunity to build an eCommerce product from the ground up with the backing of a global leader in CPG.

What You’ll Do: 

• Own the­­ eSpacio product end-to-end: ideation, development, launch, growth and maintenance.
• Partner closely with company leadership to set and achieve KPIs for eSpacio.
• Manage 2+ product managers to support eSpacio’s product areas.
• Manage the launch of the MVP product; scale the product to subsequent user bases and markets.
• Lead and align cross functional partners and teams: engineers, designers, data scientists, commercial and operations teams to drive a shared vision.

What You’ll Bring: 

• 5+ years product management experience with a track record of successfully delivering products or services.
• Experience leading all aspects of product management. That means identifying market opportunities, defining product vision and roadmap, developing business cases, driving execution activities, and measuring results.
• Experience working in consumer-facing products is required; experience working in eCommerce preferred.
• Experience managing or mentoring at least 1 product manager.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You have created and delivered engaging technical presentations and are comfortable with (and enjoy) public speaking.
