Group Product Manager - Ibotta Web
Job Description
The Group Product Manager over our Ibotta Web initiative is responsible for overseeing the product management function for Ibottaâs Web properties. While starting in an individual contributor role, the expectation is that you will provide the business rationale and justification to build a team of 1-3 product managers to grow our Web properties here at Ibotta. Our mission is to Make Every Purchase Rewarding, and your specific mission is to build habit-forming web experiences that embody our saver proposition of âBefore you Shop, Ibottaâ.
You wonât be alone in your endeavors. Rather youâll work with seasoned experts in Engineering, Marketing, Client Operations, Sales, Machine learning, and Design. In partnership with your colleagues, youâll transform your strategy into experiences that achieve Ibottaâs objectives. Within the web domain, the primary properties include Ibotta.com which blends our eCommerce affiliate shopping experience with our Grocery cash-back experience and our Browser Extension (BEX) tool which enables a rich eCommerce shopping journey.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado or with the option of full-time remote. Candidates must live in the United States, Canada, or Mexico.
What you will be doing:
Establish, drive, and evolve the strategic vision/mission/OKRs for Ibotta Web, which is comprised of < 5 squads within your domain
Lead, inspire, and motivate, as well as develop and grow, a team of product managers
You work with up to 1 squad directly
Recruit and hire equally exceptional talent
Build strong partnerships with leaders across the company, like engineering, analytics, marketing, sales, and customer care to create seamless, cohesive shopper experiencesÂ
You regularly communicate with group leads on partner business stakeholder teams regarding overall strategic direction and upcoming opportunities for collaboration
You are responsible for preparing and presenting at SLT Product Roadmap Reviews

What we are looking for:
6+ years of product management experience launching successful eCommerce customer experiences, including 2+ years leading a highly effective product team
BA/BS in business or technology required
Swift, high-quality decision making, informed by data, but not paralyzed when faced with a lack of it
Evidence of creating clear, transparent, inclusive, and broadly understood approaches to iterative product development that increase team effectiveness
Excellent communication skills across all mediums (visual, written, verbal) that shepherd stakeholders along and bolster your decisions with focus and brevity
An ego-free embrace of vigorous debate and conviction that itâs better to be aligned than right
Seasoned organizational design thinking on how to best structure a cross-functional product development group
A strategic lens to say no to good ideas so we can focus on the few, truly great ones

Additional Details:
This position is located in Denver, CO or with the option of full-time remote and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, 401k match, and equity. Candidates must live in the United States, Canada, or Mexico.
Base compensation range: $140,000 - $170,000. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to base salary. This compensation range is specific to the state of Colorado's local labor market and may vary for employees living in other areas.
