Group Product Manager, Mobile Applications
Job Description
ServiceTitan is looking for a hands-on Group Product Manager to lead the development of our mobile applications suite. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our mobile products portfolio, ensuring they meet the growing needs of our current customers while also supporting our expansion into adjacent markets. You will lead and mentor a high-performing group of product managers and also work closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, customer success, and sales to deliver best-in-class mobile experiences.
What you'll do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product vision and roadmap for our suite of mobile applications that aligns with the overall company strategy and goals
- Define product requirements and prioritize features to ensure we are consistently delivering value to our customers
- Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to build and launch high-quality mobile products and features
- Conduct user research and market analysis to stay up-to-date on customer needs and market trends
- Define and track key metrics to measure the success of our mobile products and use data to inform product decisions
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive adoption and engagement of our mobile applications
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of product managers and collaborate effectively with other product leaders across the organization
What you'll bring:
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on native iOS and Android mobile applications and B2B software
- Management experience leading product teams and developing high-performing individuals
- Strong understanding of the mobile app ecosystem and the latest mobile development trends
- Experience with agile development methodologies and a track record of delivering products on time
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Passion for delivering great customer experiences and a deep understanding of customer needs
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field. An advanced degree is a plus.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role is between $150,000 - $216,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
