Job Description

RepairPal is looking for a Groups Sales Manager who is ready to take the lead with our Shop Groups and prospects, with hands-on ownership for developing and closing business. This role is responsible for building, expanding, and helping to maintain RepairPal’s Shop Groups footprint nationwide, and is dedicated to helping grow RepairPal group locations and revenue. $110k plus bonus.
This job is primarily remote but only open to candidates who are currently living in the United States and authorized to work for any employer in the US without sponsorship. Sorry, but we are not able to provide sponsorship for this role now or in the future.
What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating monthly, quarterly, and annual strategic and tactical plans for business development, and relationship management.
  • Focusing on shop groups of 15+ locations.
  • Working closely with VP of Sales & Service to design and implement shop group segment strategy and account acquisition plans.
  • Leading efforts to identify, evaluate and analyze revenue growth and retention opportunities that will allow our shop group clients to achieve their objectives.
  • Collaborating with Groups Customer Success team to ensure a great customer experience, customer retention, growth, and account strategy.
  • Conducting sales presentations including program demonstrations that highlight key benefits, revenue opportunities and the overall value of our services.
  • Traveling to customer sites for sales meetings, program demonstrations, and quarterly account planning meetings, and trade shows (20% travel currently, which is subject to expand as business needs dictate)

What you’ll need to be successful in this role:

  • 5-10 years of automotive experience as a high performing contributor
  • Experience in automotive sales, business development and/or key account management in complex B2B environments
  • Strong knowledge of business processes (e.g.. sales, marketing, service, support)
  • Experience with values/solution-based selling, ROI, and analysis
  • High level of professionalism and business maturity
  • Assertiveness, passion, an outgoing personality with a strong work ethic and high energy level
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in growth-oriented environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent consulting and negotiation skills
  • Competency in Google/Microsoft business products
