OBJECTIVE

The Grove + Flourish Creative Coordinator will help carry the art, graphic, and design elements of The Grove + Flourish through the day-to-day execution and coordination of all projects and events related to The Grove Gatherings, The Grove Conference, and Flourish Journeys. Assists The Grove + Flourish Senior Creative Lead in executing the overall art and creative direction of The Grove + Flourish, seeking to reach the highest quality for all things representing The Grove + Flourish visually. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models humility, initiative, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

ART CONCEPT:

• Collaborate with team in ideating new concepts for Grove Events + Social Media
• Develops + Creates Mood boards/pitch decks for a variety of Creative needs (Art, Environments, Photoshoot, Wardrobe, and Hospitality Design)
• Submits Design / Film Requests

ART CREATION + EXECUTION:

• Assists with the Design and Execution of graphic + specialty physical art needed for photoshoots, film shoots, and events for Flourish/Grove.
• Assist with mock-ups + renderings
• Assist with Wardrobe styling and Photoshoot styling
• Participate in preparation and teardown of all creative projects for Grove / Flourish
• Installations for shoots, Event environments, etc.
• Communicates with vendors for creative outsourced needs

GRAPHIC DESIGN:

• Assists with versioning concept art graphics for Grove / Flourish
• Create new Art to export on social media in between event campaigns + launches
• Assist with creating graphic assets needed for Environments and Hospitality branding
• Track progress via Social Spreadsheet

ADMINISTRATIVE: 

• Submits Design / Film Requests
• Assist with errands + supply pick-ups and returns

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday-Friday, 9-5p 

Full-Time // 40 hours per week

AN IDEAL INDIVIDUAL

• Is proficient in essential graphic design tools such as Adobe, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
• Loves to creatively collaborate
• Has 3-5 years of professional experience in the execution of art and design projects + responsibilities
• Creative and innovative, out-of-the-box thinking
• Highly organized with strong initiative, relational, and project management skills. Sees challenges as inspiring opportunities to be solved. Works well under pressure and is able to receive critical feedback
• Assertive by nature, with a drive to ease the load of those they support while submitting to the appropriate authority
• Has excellent administrative skills to facilitate organization and clear communication of information
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills with a spiritually mature voice + understanding of PCC theology
• Able to manage several moving projects simultaneously
• Punctual, plans ahead, cares about details and the quality of work, and meets deadlines
