About the Opportunity

The Grower Facing Technology Support Lead is responsible for managing the day-to-day technology issues faced by our 4,000+ ranches utilizing Driscoll's shared systems and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing grower facing technology support activities in collaboration with S&OP, Growers, Distribution, Regional Production Teams and IS to accomplish planned growth.
  • Is a subject matter expert of all existing Grower Facing Web & Mobile Applications
  • (Pallet Builder, PTI, SharePoint Grower Portal, Grower Engagement Platform, Harvest Order Application & One Driscoll's) with the ability to report issues back clearly and effectively to support teams.
  • Is a subject matter exert of all new & future Grower Facing Web & Mobile Applications (Clamshell Traceability, Berry Trace, etc.)
  • Leads the creation of support tickets and is responsible for ensuring Service Level
  • Agreements (SLA's) compliance in partnership with IS and S&OP teams.
  • Knowledgeable in Service Now platform & reporting out platform metrics.
  • Partners closely with Deployment teams to ensure communication and change plans by district are planned for.
  • Design feedback mechanism/assessments to gauge effectiveness of deployments and enhancement ideas as needed.
  • Supports End User training ensuring that training is scheduled, delivered and successful.
  • Coordinates with Regional Admins and Deployment Managers on executing End User Trainings.
  • Works with deployment and training lead(s) to develop and track operational and adoption metrics.
  • Contributes to policies and procedures (Service Level Agreements, S&OP's, and User Training Guides) and document updates.

Candidate Profile

This role acts as the liaison between our Supply Chain Support Team, S&OP, Growers, Distribution, Regional Production Teams and IS to follow and enhance standard operating procedures, document support tickets, troubleshoot, communicate and follow-up with all stakeholders to deliver upon Service Level Agreements (SLA's). In addition, this role will support the Grower Technology Deployment Manager in training and testing of new applications rolled out to our Growers.

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills

• 1-3 years' experience working in Supply Chain or Customer Service-Related Role• Prefers strong team-oriented environment • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, WhatsApp)• Basic Service Now Platform Exposure• Intermediate Smartphone Application Knowledge• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong interest in technology problem solving, troubleshooting & customer service. • Ability to travel Domestic and International (estimated 10%)• California driver's license and the ability to be covered under company-sponsored vehicle insurance program.• A valid passport and the ability to travel internationally without restrictions. Compensation & Benefits:

The following information is provided in good faith as a general description of the salary range and benefits for the position posted. The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate is dependent upon experience, skills, education, work location, internal pay equity, and other objective job-related factors.

Salary Range estimated for the Grower Facing Technology Support: $51,504 to $69,700 USD.
