Overview of the Growth Analyst role

We are seeking an innovative Growth Analyst that will support initiatives to drive growth, strategy, and corporate development for Wayspring's rapidly developing national footprint. This will be a dynamic role which requires a multi-dimensional skillset including the ability to lead key deal processes and other strategic projects, perform detailed analytics, and communicate effectively with team leaders and Wayspring executive leadership. The individual should be a highly motivated self-starter, comfortable voicing their opinion, and able to manage competing priorities. This position is based in Nashville with some hybrid flexibility.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Finance, Actuarial, and Analytics teams to develop detailed analyses and external facing presentations
  • Assist with preparation of pitch materials for health plan customers and market research for the Business Development team
  • Lead initiatives to understand the regulatory intricacies of new potential markets
  • Design messaging and content for internal executive team, investors, and board of directors
  • Support the development and expansion of relationships with payors and state government agencies
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed by the Vice President of Growth


Requirements

  • 0 - 2 years of experience in business development, consulting, investment banking, startup, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Passion for healthcare services
  • Ability to work independently with little oversight
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
