Job Description

SpecterOps is searching for a Growth and Campaign Operations Manager to optimize SpecterOps Sales and Marketing team’s processes and tooling. We are looking for an experienced leader that can support day-to-day operations with a willingness to “roll up sleeves” and a “no task is too small” mentality to accelerate revenue. 

Salary Range: $105,000 - $135,000 base salary, commensurate of experience 

Location: This position is remote, based in the U.S. with optional travel quarterly for in person company events and other ad hoc meetings.

  • Candidate must be authorized to work and reside in the United States; we do not currently sponsor immigration visas.

Responsibilities 

  • Support our GTM teams hit their pipeline generation and revenue goals by implementing programs and processes including outreach automation, data enrichment, nurture flows and more 
  • Own marketing and sales systems, processes & reporting and their implementation (e.g. revenue reporting, forecasting, productivity reporting, and campaign tracking) 
  • Oversee relationships with vendors and agencies supporting our Go-To-Market systems, including CRMs, outbound communications, analytics tools, and more. 
  • Ensure campaign requirements are aligned with internal stakeholders and are set up to maximize results including lead / prospect lists, sales cadence automation, marketing campaign templates and more 
  • Execute and report on marketing and sales campaigns including outbound, email, webinars, events and more 
  • Establish high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning, forecasting, territory design, lead scoring and routing, and other programs 
  • Monitor the performance of initiatives, measure their effectiveness, and execute adjustments as necessary to ensure alignment with overall revenue goals 
  • Assume responsibility for essential business metrics reporting, including board-level reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. 
  • Optimize existing sales and marketing processes, practices, and policies for internal customer satisfaction and employee productivity 
  • Engage and build rapport with internal stakeholders to help determine the operations and automation roadmap 
  • Drive effective communications with customers and internal teams. 
  • Establish a clear, regular, and effective communications cadence with stakeholders 
  • Work with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Product teams to build requirements and programs in support of earning new customers and retaining existing customers 

Requirements

  • 4+ Years Experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations or RevOps 
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and have an ongoing desire to stay current with the latest technologies. 
  • Proficiency with GTM and analytics tools (Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, Chili Piper, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc) 
  • Experience in project management with client-facing / service-oriented responsibilities 
  • Skilled in fostering team collaboration and serving as a bridge between different departments and stakeholders, with a focus on Sales, Marketing and Success teams. 
  • Proven ability to multi-task across multiple high-priority and time-sensitive projects and stakeholders 
  • Travel: up to 25% 
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
