About the Role:

 

Position: Growth Associate

Working Hours: 9:00AM-6:00PM EST (NY time)

Salary Range: 1300-1500 USD/month

Holiday: To be announced

 

About the job:

 

We are seeking a highly effective and hungry Growth Associate to be a huge asset to our client’s team to boost their brand and services!

 

The goal of marketing this quarter is to drive brand awareness, drive traffic to their website & blog, drive qualified leads to book calls and cement our position as a trusted health brand in the healthcare ecosystem. You will play a core role in our success and hitting their revenue targets. 

 

Basically, we are looking for someone who has these CORE SKILLS:

MARKETING and GROWTH HACKING

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Working with customers, products and sales to write up case studies to feature on our website
  • Daily monitoring of health community Slacks, replying with thoughtful comments, helping others in the community and the process increasing brand awareness for Vital
  • Daily commenting and responding to LinkedIn posts
  • Creating and editing short-form video content to feature on LinkedIn & Twitter
  • Creating marketing collateral to be posted on social media when we attend conferences
  • Identifying keywords for SEO blogs, writing up content briefs, and managing freelancers + copy editors
  • Creating and planning content calendar with Simba
  • Newsletter send-outs

Requirements

 

  • At least 3+ years of relevant working experience
  • Strong background in SEO, Marketing/Marketing Ops, Engagement, and  Creatives.
  • You have excellent speaking and writing English skills
  • You’re highly organized & are diligent on inputs. You know the level of discipline, organization, and ruthless prioritization it takes to be productive and you pride yourself on these qualities
  • You enjoy creative work e.g. video editing, creating visuals quickly
  • You’re excited about US healthcare, you’re unafraid to go deep and understand the landscape.
  • You’re entrepreneurial and want to be part of building a business. You’re happy to roll up your sleeves and do whatever’s required. You proactively assume responsibility for core tasks as well as (sub)tasks they are involved in with others.
  • You’re deeply curious and are unafraid of learning new skills, and tools and deeply understand our customers and our product.
  • You can think outside the box we have set ambitious goals in marketing and you enjoy brainstorming creative ways to engage our target audience.
  • You’re a bar-raiser and enjoy thinking or researching better ways to do things or optimize processes.
