THE ROLE:
As a growth associate, you will own the end to end delivery of campaigns and projects that help us achieve our growth goals. You will develop a deep understanding of our candidates and work closely with many teams at Vivian to deliver thoughtful and engaging campaigns that drive growth and retention at scale.
Success in the position requires expert problem-solving & experimentation skills, a strong analytical and growth hacker mentality, and a passion for B2C retention marketing. You’ll be a critical part of our team and helping to build the foundations of growth marketing at Vivian Health.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execution of direct marketing for customer campaigns and market launches.
- Support our regional activation plans and customer initiatives in partnership with customer success and brand marketing.
- Support general marketing campaigns: product announcements, referral campaigns, newsletters.
- Develop and execute targeted A/B and audience testing to optimize marketing conversion rates
- Own the measuring and reporting of marketing KPIs and campaign performance.
- Develop and test lifecycle marketing strategies to increase engagement and retention for our candidates.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering and Analytics teams to understand a user’s journey, identify new opportunities, and develop strategies and tests that drive candidate growth.
THE SKILL SET:
- 2-3+ years of experience managing marketing campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in a business, quantitative, or related field
- Enjoys learning new skills, experimenting, and iterating on existing ideas
- You’re drawn to a startup environment, where ambiguity and quick decision-making are your love language
- You’ve worked in a high-growth environment with constantly shifting priorities; you can be reactive and organized at the same time
- You love to think big picture and strategize, but you can also roll up your sleeves and execute any project at hand
- You embody an “everything is figure-outable” attitude; you’re more apt to say “yes” or “we’ll try.”
- Substantial experience pulling data and generating excel reports
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to write concise, engaging, and impactful content in support of a business strategy
- Attention to detail - you always double-check your work
THE NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience with Braze or other marketing automation software (iterable, mailchimp).
- Experience Amplitude, Looker or other Analytics tools
- Experience working with SQL, R, Python a plus
- Healthcare industry experience is preferred but not required
THE SALARY, BENEFITS & PERKS:
The range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 yearly salary, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.
