What you’ll do 

As a Growth Coordinator, you'll be the engine behind our client-facing materials, making sure everything from presentations to proposals is top-notch, error-free, and perfectly tailored to each client's needs. We're all about agile brands here, so you'll make sure our materials reflect that. Keeping our client files organized and up-to-date will be key, so you'll be a master of archiving and maintaining important documents. You'll work closely with the Growth team to build strong client relationships, spot new opportunities, and help us win new business. This means getting to know our prospective clients inside and out – their needs, their challenges, their culture – and building genuine connections. You'll also be managing purchase orders, keeping our CRM (Sugar) updated, and making sure our server files are always organized. And because we're always looking for ways to improve, you'll help us develop our business development tools, like case studies and testimonials.

What you’ll need 

We're looking for someone who's passionate about brands – someone who gets how they work and why they matter. You'll need a sharp eye for detail, because perfection is key in this role. You should be a natural project manager, someone who's proactive and gets things done. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must, as is the ability to work effectively with different teams and personalities.
