As a Growth Engagement Manager II on the Core team, you will lead new, highly innovative zero- to- one projects that are key to driving MAU and RMM growth. You will focus on our early to credit and thin file audiences, in addition to partnering to run a portion of our vertical agnostic member journeys strategies. You will be a key contributor to experiments across gamification. Your impact and contributions will manifest across email, push, and in-app channels to drive engagement growth and positive financial outcomes for Credit Karma users. As a key contributor to the Financial Health Core team, you will partner closely with product, data science, creative and other cross-functional teams to deliver value. You will partner closely with the core product team to develop and execute a strategic and experimentation roadmap. What You Will Do:
- Own strategic engagement initiatives from inception to launch across multiple channels, including email, push notifications and in-app
- Ideate, build, optimize and scale net new flagship engagement programs that will unlock net new audience drive MAU growth
- Lead high visibility, zero- to-one strategic programs
- Manage highly integrated, cross functional programsĀ
- Be a key marketer partnering with product to scope some of the core product roadmapās biggest betsĀ
- Optimize towards key engagement KPIs and also member-based outcomesĀ
- Use data to identify opportunities to engage with members as well as to define segmentation and targeting strategiesĀ
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Copy, Design and Brand to transform your ideas into compelling and personalized messages and product experiences
- Design and implement A/B tests to optimize each and every component of emails, push notifications and in-app messages prior to launchĀ
- Hone your strategic thinking - transform large data sets into a story that helps senior leadership make decisions

What We Expect:

- Track record in managing impactful, complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to manage in ambiguity and drive alignment
- Hands-on, high capacity doer, multi-taskerĀ
- Advanced leadership presence both in written and verbal form
- Advanced Excel & presentation skills
- Familiarity with SQL a plus but not a requirement
