This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, data infrastructure, and revenue growth, focusing on building the systems that power scalable go-to-market execution. You will design and develop the technical backbone that enables high-precision targeting, intelligent automation, and personalized outreach at scale. The position plays a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable growth systems that directly impact revenue performance. You will collaborate closely with growth, marketing, sales, and engineering leaders to translate GTM strategy into robust technical infrastructure. Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building the technical systems that power revenue generation and go-to-market efficiency:

  • Build and scale GTM data pipelines and automation systems that support growth and revenue operations
  • Integrate and maintain systems across CRM platforms, enrichment tools, outbound systems, and analytics infrastructure
  • Develop internal tools that improve productivity for sales and business development teams
  • Design account prioritization, routing, and orchestration systems to optimize lead flow and conversion efficiency
  • Build structured data pipelines that enable AI-driven workflows and personalization at scale
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and engineering teams to translate GTM strategy into scalable systems
  • Continuously improve system reliability, performance, and scalability across growth infrastructure
  • Support experimentation initiatives that improve acquisition, activation, and conversion metrics
  • Requirements:
    The ideal candidate brings strong engineering expertise combined with a product and growth-oriented mindset:

    • 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong backend and systems development exposure
    • Solid experience building data pipelines, APIs, and automation systems in production environments
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar
    • Hands-on experience with data warehouses, ETL pipelines, and modern data infrastructure tools
    • Familiarity with GTM and sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Segment, Airbyte, Clay, or equivalent platforms
    • Strong understanding of B2B growth processes, sales funnels, and revenue operations
    • Experience building systems that directly impact acquisition, conversion, or revenue outcomes
    • Strong systems thinking with the ability to design scalable, reliable architectures
    • Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams across engineering, data, and GTM functions
    • Nice to have: experience in high-growth companies, CDP development, AI-enabled automation, or sales/marketing workflow systems
