Title: Growth Lead, InMobi Commerce
Location: New York
Overview
We are seeking to onboard highly motivated Growth Lead to join our InMobi Commerce team. This position will be responsible for driving revenue growth through media sales and account management activities focusing on endemic brands of a retailer.
Successful candidate will have a proven track record of building strong customer relationships, exceeding sales renewal, and account retention targets. The ideal person is extremely personable, clear communicator and well organized in internal and external relationships.

The impact you’ll make:
- Champion the InMobi and Retail Media/Commerce reputation in the marketplace and overall growth of the business
- Lead all advertiser/brand relationships and communication across various verticals within commerce
- Responsible for ensuring that all client needs and requests regarding growth strategy, campaign performance, and product deliverables are achieved
- Manage and grow existing account relationships through strategic and consultative approaches resulting in creating new business opportunities
- Own the organization and communication of all advertiser-facing and advertiser-linked intelligence with internal and advertiser/agency teams - including data tracking and measurement of client activities, interactions, feedback, and insights
- Collaborate with client partners, head of revenue, and operations teams to develop and execute sales outreach and renewal strategies to help achieve overall team revenue goals
- Collaborate with Retailer merchant and/or media teams to drive advertiser engagement and programs for endemic brand education and participation in Retail Media programs
- Partner with internal teams such as product and engineering to prioritize customer asks and deliverables including campaign performance
- Partner with commerce and product leadership to drive product roadmap that solves key advertiser problems and brings delight
The experience you'll need:
- 4+ years of experience in sales and/or account management, with a focus on retail media demand-side client relationships
- 2+ years of experience working within the ad tech ecosystem; commerce, digital advertising and/or media buying
- Strong performance in building credible and trusting client relationships across various advertisers and brands
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with strategic focus
- Well-organized, self-motivated, driven individual with results-oriented mentality
- Ability to work autonomously, embrace ambiguity, and be successful in a lean but impactful and growing team
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred

Our compensation philosophy enables us to provide competitive salary that drives high performance while balancing business needs and pay parity. We determine compensation based on a wide variety of factors including role, nature of experience, skills and location.
The base (fixed) pay range for this role would range from $93,991 USD to $148,818 USD (Min and Max of Base Pay range). This salary range is in applicable for our offices located in California and New York*. In addition, an InMobian may also receive variable pay in the form of annual variable bonus or quarterly variable bonus / sales incentive, as deemed per policy in addition to fixed compensation.
*Our ranges may vary basis final location / region / or fully remote roles in accordance to the geographical differentiation in pay scales in the country.
In addition to cash compensation, based on the position, an InMobian can receive equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units. We believe that our employees/personnel should have the ability to own a part of the entity they are a part of. Therefore, the entity employing you may elect to provide such stocks to you. Ownership of stock aids us to treat our employer company as our own and base our decisions on such a company’s best interest at heart. To encourage a spirit of shared ownership, we grant InMobians relevant company stock(s). As you contribute to the growth of your company, certain stocks may be issued to you in recognition of your contribution.
