We’re looking for a Growth Lead with the passion and experience to lead our agency’s new business efforts. You will partner with Designit, with our parent company, Wipro, and externally with clients. Our growth originates from inbound, Wipro and organic.
Our new Growth Lead will play a role in managing the agency’s new business RFI/RFP responses, our assets, coordinating the pitch process, and working with discipline leads to ensure that we are presenting our capabilities and services effectively. The ideal candidate has worked at a Design or Creative agency, will be highly organized, able to work well under pressure, and possess excellent communication and project management skills.
Would you like to…
- Lead, and project manage high priority, new business RFI/RFP/pitch responses in partnership with senior leadership
- Own the agency pitch process and recommend ways to improve our current process
- Orchestrate individual pitch activity in partnership with discipline leads
- Assess, build and maintain a digital knowledge database of core agency new business assets – creds, cases, proposals, bios, etc.
- Track, monitor, and report the agency's growth pipeline using the agency's CRM tool (Salesforce)
- Lead internal new business meetings
- Ensure that leaders are correctly following and understanding the new business process
- Liaise with global counterparts to ensure efficiencies and exchange new ideas.
- Partner with the CMO team to ensure latest brand assets are applied in the Americas
- Assess the quality of our capabilities, case studies and other assets against industry best practices, and strategy, design, and creative best practices
- Create and distribute Growth reports and decks (excel and PPT) for team distribution, both scheduled and ad hoc
- Support Client Services team to enter and clean up Growth entries in Salesforce, maintaining clean data
- Attend weekly reviews of Salesforce, track edits needed to entries and update information related to Growth opportunities
- Track and analyze data comparing YoY and QoQ growth performance
- Create PPTs, Keynote and Word Docs telling our pitch stories
We would like you to have…
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a manager or growth lead role
- Deep understanding of strategy, design and creative best practices, capabilities and solutions
- Experience with RFI/RFP/pitch responses
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong project management skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of the agency landscape and business development processes.
- Excellent PPT and keynote skills

Compensation Range: $110,000 - $125,000
This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
