YOUR TEAM
The Growth Team is Nuna’s cross-functional business development and corporate strategy team. Growth pursues and wins business opportunities, working directly with C-suite and executive level prospective clients. Growth has industry-leading Value-Based Care expertise, and works across all teams in Nuna’s organization.
YOUR OPPORTUNITIES
On Nuna’s Growth Team, you will:Â
- Partner closely with our CEO, and Board Chair, and broader Leadership team, to advance business development opportunities and key strategic decisions
- Provide strategic input to product and engineering teams to guide development from sales
- Synthesize strategic sales call content to drive tactical thinking to win new business Â
- Participate in driving the overall strategic direction of Nuna.Â
- Realize significant growth potential due to the visibility and importance of this role
QUALIFICATIONSRequired Qualifications
- Academic and professional background in Healthcare domain paired with solid research, writing, and data analysis skillsÂ
- Exposure to Value Based Healthcare
- Based in the Bay Area or willing to relocate - able to come into the office as needed
- Ability to query, transform and analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication, writing, and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail - able to distill and communicate and present critical and actionable information
- Energized by work in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments
- Curious by nature, and fast learning-adapts easily to changes
- Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
- Travel required
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare consulting backgroundÂ
- BA/BS required, MBA and/or MPH preferred
- Preference for experience with both Payers and Providers and with a Go-To-Market or Sales team
We take into account an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for health insurance, life insurance, retirement benefits, participation in the company’s equity program, paid time off, including vacation and sick leave. The expected salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, and skillset.
