Keepsafe is a leader in the consumer privacy space with over 100 million users globally on iOS and Android trusting us. Our flagship photo vault reflects our belief that protecting personal pictures, videos, and important documents on your phone should be simple and foolproof. This year, we'll develop and launch new offerings allowing people to save and share their data without sacrificing control.

Our founders are serial entrepreneurs from Germany who appreciate ambitious and independent thinking, precision, beautiful code, and above all else privacy! We are a fully-remote team with monthly in-person meet-ups.

We are seeking a talented individual to take ownership of and execute on our growth strategy. As our sole Growth Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies that expand our user base, enhance engagement, and drive sustainable business growth. This position reports directly to our Head of Product.

Core Responsibilities

Own Keepsafe's Growth Strategy

  • Own and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that encompasses user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align growth initiatives with company objectives and product roadmap

Leverage ASO to Grow Organic UA

  • Lead the organic user acquisition efforts through effective App Store Optimization techniques.
  • Manage and mentor our growing international ASO team, guiding their efforts to improve app visibility and drive organic downloads across the globe.
  • Drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies including A/B testing, optimizing screenshots, app preview videos, and refining metadata.
  • Oversee & improve our metadata deployment process

Manage Paid Marketing

  • Collaborate closely with the paid performance team to optimize existing and capitalize on new marketing opportunities.
  • Optimize existing paid marketing channels to maximize user acquisition and ROI.
  • Analyze and report on paid marketing performance metrics to iterate and improve campaigns.

Lifecycle Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and implement lifecycle marketing strategies to enhance user activation, reengagement, and retention.
  • Create personalized user journeys to drive meaningful interactions and value throughout the user lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless user experiences across touchpoints.

Identify New Growth Opportunities

  • Proactively seek innovative growth opportunities that expand Keepsafe's user base and diversify into new markets and customer segments.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, insights, and potential growth avenues.
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies that drive sustained growth.

Requirements

  • BA or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a growth or marketing capacity with demonstrated experience with ASO (App Store Optimization), CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), paid performance, and lifecycle marketing
  • Startup experience
  • People management experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Experience managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Creative thinking with a passion for identifying and exploring new growth opportunities
  • Must reside in the United States
