Role Description
Growth Campaigns team manages in-product campaigns & strategies to help users to discover, engage and/or buy the right features & products across web & mobile app, while maintaining great user experience. We’re looking for a Growth Manager to enhance our internal campaign tools (no code or low-code platforms) that enable us to communicate with our users on Dropbox surfaces. In this role, you’ll be responsible for defining platform improvements & opportunities, collaborating on the delivery of new platform functionalities & capabilities, and overseeing the development, testing, and analysis of in-product campaigns to drive continuous improvement and maximize performance.
This role will require close cross-functional partnerships across Business platform EPD, Data Science, Growth products, and other cross-functional teams. You’ll join our team of motivated and experienced Growth Managers, who work on building a best-in-class operation to educate, engage and upgrade our users across all product surfaces.
Responsibilities
  • Define and prioritize platform improvements & opportunities working closely with Growth Managers in the direct team, Business Platform Product Managers, Designers, Engineers and Data Scientists.
  • Analyze user and business data, lead brainstorming sessions and turn them into operational strategies, roadmaps, projects, and experiments  
  • Identify possible risks and analyze their potential impact in campaigns as product or platform changes to proactively mitigate the risk 
  • Manage end-to-end process to design & launch mandatory campaigns (e.g., legal and system messages) and platform level experiments (e.g., campaign governance improvement)
  • Collaborate on the delivery of new platform functionalities & capabilities by writing clear product requests, driving priority alignments, and updating progress & results across teams
  • Manage day-to-day operations by improving campaign alerts & dashboards, proactively QAing in-product campaigns and user flows, reviewing & approving campaigns to ensure the best possible user experience
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Growth, Product, Marketing operations, Platforms, or related fields
  • Exceptional project management skills, detail-oriented and skilled at identifying process improvements
  • Extensive experience in campaign operations, A/B tests, platform improvements or related fields
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, including strong ability to distill complex ideas into concise and easy-to-understand points
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic about rolling up their sleeves and helping to realize in-product campaigns’ enormous potential
  • Consistent track record of achieving high-quality business, team, and personal goals in a fast-paced environment

Through our assessment process, we will identify your level that ties to compensation based on your experience and technical expertise along with the scope of the role. 
For candidates hired in Colorado, the expected salary/On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role is $96,300 - $113,300 - $130,300 if you are assessed at the IC3 level. If you are instead assessed at the IC4 level, the expected salary/On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role is $114,200 - $134,300 - $154,400.
This salary/OTE range represents the low, middle, and high end of the salary or OTE (Sales roles) range for this position, and is subject to change. To determine a Dropboxer’s starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. This position may be considered a promotional opportunity.
Salary/OTE is just one component of Dropbox’s total rewards package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
