About the department
The Self-Serve team is responsible for Growing Cloudflare's self-serve customers across all product categories and all subscription plans. We work to grow the business by understanding our customers' needs at every stage of their journey from Awareness to Activation to Expansion and Retention.
We're looking for a highly-motivated Growth Manager to take the lead on developing our partnerships channel. Your program-management and relationship-building skills will help accelerate time to value for new partners and customers while helping to consistently grow revenue from this stream YoY.
What you'll do
From strategy and ideation to execution, testing, and reporting - you'll have full ownership of the agency partnerships, affiliates, influencers and community channels - in addition to partnering with cross-functional GTM teams on a wide range of initiatives. We are looking for a seasoned partnerships and affiliates leader with expertise in driving business growth, building relationships, managing online communities and overseeing large programs that involve multiple internal stakeholders.
What will be your responsibilities

• Grow the self-serve business by developing and implementing partnerships and affiliates programs that expand Cloudflare's reach
• Work collaboratively with various stakeholders outside self-serve (Community Manager, Agency Partner Program Manager etc) to troubleshoot customer issues and explore potential solutions
• Collect data and feedback to uncover opportunities for development and make recommendations on how to further improve our programs to increase customer acquisition
• Develop acquisition campaigns to onboard additional partners and customers
• Recommend and implement initiatives and experiments that maximize opportunities for monetization within the channels you own (affiliates, community, agency partnerships, influencers)
• Evaluate and analyze campaigns, reporting on acquisition revenue metrics

Who you are
To be successful in this role you must have:

• Minimum of 5 years managing and developing community and partnerships programs
• Minimum 5 years experience in growing, scaling and monetizing partners/affiliate programs
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, allowing you to communicate data insights clearly to a wide audience and to make recommendations for action based on those insights
• Experience building a business case and providing technical teams with the information required to understand and support your recommendations for technical investment
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organization allowing you to mobilize a cross-functional team to execute the solution
• Ability and willingness to work both on strategy development and campaign execution
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer facing experience and sales experience are a plus
• Experience using tools and platforms such as Iterable, Marketo, Sparkpost, Amplitude, Discourse, Impact, Google Analytics etc is a plus
• Experience working with Affiliates, Influencers, Community is a plus

Compensation
Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.

• For Colorado-based hires and Washington hires: Estimated annual salary of $130,000 - $158,000
• For New York City-based and California (excluding Bay Area): Estimated annual salary of $139,000 - $169,000
• For Bay Area-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $146,000 - $178,000
