Payactiv is seeking a Growth Marketing Alalyst based out of our Corporate office. As a Growth Marketing Analyst, you will participate in developing, planning, and implementing targeted go-to-market plans to build brand awareness and generate and nurture leads from the sales and marketing funnel.

What you will do...

• Leverage digital platforms to automate marketing activities and determine the most effective points of interaction (POI) for marketing campaigns. 
• Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, customer information, and marketing automation platforms like Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, HubSpot, and others to create and deploy effective marketing campaigns. 
• Monitor campaigns and create insightful reporting and analytics to evaluate outcomes. 
• Support the creative development of content and communications to support demand generation campaigns and develop customer engagement. 

What you need...

• 2-4 years experience working in growth strategy or growth marketing roles, particularly for B2B audiences.
• A strong understanding of different marketing tools (including, Hubspot, MoEngage, Google Analytics, and Landing Pages) what their role is, and available formats to produce.
• Experience in writing strong strategic briefs based on insights, with clear executional direction on what’s required to deliver.
• Confident working with a range of senior stakeholders across teams.
• Passionate about using data to inform and improve programs of work
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or a related field
