Growth Marketing Analyst

As the Growth Marketing Analyst, you will provide reports and insights through the analysis of the vast amount of data captured by Lob, and develop actionable strategies that will help us allocate marketing resources to activities that yield the best results. The successful candidate will possess a passion for innovative analysis, processes that scale, and the tenacity to develop findings and recommendations that transcend the numbers.

As the Growth Marketing Analyst, you’ll…

  • Perform online campaign reporting and conversion analyses, interpret results and develop recommendations. Package and present analytical findings and communicate (both written and verbal) complex concepts to multiple levels of the org.
  • In advance of large marketing campaigns, help the marketing team set KPIs and success metrics, then execute to ensure that data is effectively collected. Provide actionable insights for campaign optimization
  • Build and maintain lead-to-bookings dashboards that are insightful and actionable
  • Ensure data hygiene and analytics best practices are effectively created and followed

What will you bring to this role…

  • 4+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably at a SaaS start up
  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics or a similar field
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, and visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau).
  • Working knowledge of marketing analytical software, such as Google Analytics. Experience with CaliberMind and an A/B/M testing environment a plus.

Compensation information

(Tier 1) = San Francisco Bay Area
Base: $120,000 - $145,000

(Tier 2) = LA/Orange County/NYC Metro Area 
$114,000 -$137,750

(Tier 3) = San Diego
$108,000 - $130,500

(Tier 4) = Colorado 
$102,000 - $123,250

(Tier 5) = Other geographic areas 120+ miles from one of the above mentioned geo’s 
$96,000 - $116,000

Salary is one part of total compensation, which also includes equity, perks and competitive benefits.
