Growth Marketing Analyst (Omnichannel Marketing)

Purpose

We are looking for a talented Growth Marketing Analyst with a focus on multichannel marketing to join our dynamic team. This role will be crucial in driving acquisition customer engagement and retention through strategic campaigns using the Braze platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Multichannel Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute cross channel marketing strategies to drive growth engagement and retention.

• Campaign Management : Plan design and set up email push notifications in-apps whatsapp and sms campaigns using Braze ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.

• Segmentation & Targeting: Utilize Braze's segmentation tools to create highly targeted and personalized campaigns.

• A/B Testing : Conduct A/B tests to optimize cross channel performance including subject lines content and send times.

• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor analyze and report on the performance of multichannel campaigns using Braze's analytics tools. Provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including content design product and sales to ensure cohesive and effective cross channel marketing efforts.

• Compliance : Ensure all email marketing activities comply with industry standards and regulations such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.

Position Requirements (Experience & Competencies)

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Business or a related field.

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in multichannel marketing platforms with a proven track record of successful campaigns.

• Proficiency in using Braze including segmentation automation and analytics.

• Basic HTML skills are a plus.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to create engaging and compelling email content that resonates with the target audience.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in executing campaigns and analyzing data.

• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Certifications: Certification in email marketing or related areas.

• Familiarity with other marketing tools and platforms is a plus (e.g. Google Analytics Meta CRM systems Slack Figma).
