Associate, Growth Marketing:
Reformation is looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to support the team on achieving larger business objectives. The role will join the Growth Marketing team and report into our Associate Director of Growth. The team is focused on amplifying the organic success of Reformation, and this role will play a crucial part in helping the organization realize wins. The role is responsible for supporting the execution of paid marketing strategy for customer acquisition and revenue growth through strategic ad operations. The day-to-day will vary, but the right candidate is analytical, strategic, and operational with a desire to see the tangible impact of his or her efforts.
What You’ll Do:
- Support on strategy for customer acquisition and retention on core paid social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and Remarketing
- Strategize and own ad creation process while enhancing ad creative circulation for Meta, Tiktok, and Google
- Work in close partnership with our Brand/Creative teams to manage creative briefing, and feedback processes. Share creative learnings with an emphasis on optimization
- Support paid Social reporting
- Support strategic optimizations for our remarketing campaigns working closely with our external partner
- Oversee platform partnerships and maintain strong relationships with account teams
- Own updating daily and weekly paid marketing reporting and report to key stakeholders on paid marketing KPIs
- Ensure that everything Reformation communicates is unique, thoughtful and on-brand
What You’ll Need:
- BA/BS in business, economics, mathematics, or related field
- 2+ years of paid marketing experience in a fast-growing consumer company or agency
- Strong analytical approach to customer and revenue growth
- Proven experience in designing and building data-driven, automated marketing programs
- Deep familiarity with marketing platforms, e-commerce KPIs, and analytics tools
- Strong team-player who can work well across multiple cross-functional teams
