Job Description

THE ROLE:

As Growth Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for managing campaigns and lead generating channels to grow Rightway’s market awareness and sales pipeline at scale. You will assist in delivering Rightway’s value proposition to key market segments, playing a critical role in shaping and executing the go-to-market strategy for its care navigation and PBM platforms. You will also own the day-to-day campaign results and the reporting critical to helping the Rightway Marketing team make informed data-driven decisions. This role will help build and implement a strategy that maps to overarching marketing goals and be responsible for generating leads, increasing brand awareness, and driving multi-channel campaigns to help Rightway acquire new customers. This is an opportunity to be an early member of a scaling marketing department with the ability to grow quickly.

This is a hybrid role based in New York City, but candidates who prefer to be fully remote will be considered.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:   

  • Manage key digital marketing initiatives, including executing on email marketing and paid advertising campaigns. Oversee owned/paid channels and develop key strategies for SEO. Advise on investments into new channel opportunities. 
  • Lead Rightway’s campaign-related content strategy through the creation and review of marketing assets (whitepapers, case studies, blogs, etc.).
  • Build and optimize nurture campaigns to convert leads through the funnel (working hand-in-hand with Rightway’s Sales Operations team).
  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing efforts across campaigns and channels against growth goals.
  • Own hypothesis-driven A/B experiments, executing on successful experimental frameworks and reporting on test performance.
  • Assist in optimizing Rightway’s website development roadmap and content strategy. Scale and execute on landing page creation, testing, and improvements as part of lead generation efforts.
  • Support the execution of field and partnership marketing initiatives, helping to coordinate Rightway’s presence at high-profile events and conferences (virtual and in-person).

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Self-starter. Able to learn quickly, work independently, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lead campaigns with a high-level of autonomy and perform multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Attention to detail and strong project management skills is a must.
  • Experience working with owned, earned, and paid media channels.
  • Comfortable with data, with a strong analytic and strategic thinking ability.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders across multiple teams and/or departments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for design.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or demand gen in a fast moving, product-driven startup with  healthcare experience.

IT'S NICE TO HAVE:

  • Knowledge of HubSpot or marketing CRM equivalent (Marketo, Pardot, etc.).
  • Experience with paid advertising channels such as Google Display/AdWords, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, AdRoll, etc.
  • Understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
  • SEM and SEO experience.
