Growth Marketing Associate (Offline)

Overview

We’re excited to be looking for a Growth Marketing Associate (Offline) to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. Reporting to our Senior Growth Marketing Strategist, Offline, you will serve a pivotal role on the team as we look to develop and expand our offline strategy. 

This role is perfect for you if you are a self-starter, passionate about offline marketing, and excited to join as a strategic partner for a fast-paced startup. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll do

• Work with the team to develop a continuous strategy for current offline channels while also exploring new offline opportunities based on performance analyses
• Lead communications with external offline agencies
• Help develop creative strategy for offline channels and lead communications with our internal creative team
• Regularly research and stay up-to-date on areas of opportunity for offline expansion

What we’re looking for

• 1+ years of experience in marketing 
• Experience with offline channels (podcast, radio, TV, out-of-home) would be a plus
• Experience with interpreting and presenting data
• Experience with growth marketing KPIs (CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, CVR, and RoAS)
• Experience with G Suite, especially Google Sheets 
• Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset
• Experience in Google Data Studio or Looker would be a plus
• Strong collaboration and communication skills 
• A hardworking and growth-oriented mindset
