Accountabilities

Lead and develop a high-performing growth marketing team with clear KPIs tied to pipeline impact and revenue outcomes.

Oversee sales engagement with tailored marketing plans focused on upsell opportunities and renewals.

Direct new business pitches and strategic client presentations with a focus on effective storytelling.

Create executive-ready pitch decks and proposals in collaboration with Sales and Program Management.

Drive bespoke sales enablement for priority accounts through customized marketing strategies.

Identify high-value accounts and expansion opportunities in partnership with Sales Leadership.

Requirements

12–15+ years in sales-aligned growth marketing or similar leadership roles.

Proven track record of owning revenue-driving initiatives impacting pipeline quality and win rates.

Extensive experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and strategic prioritization of target accounts.

Expertise in narrative development and pitch theatre execution.

Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leadership.

Data-informed decision-making with an AI-first mindset.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
