Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Marketing Head or similar role
  • Hands-on experience in developing and executing marketing strategies
  • Direct management experience in managing teams
  • Proven ability to manage budgets
  • High competence in project and stakeholder management
  • Excellent leadership and organizing skills
  • Analytical and creative thinking
  • Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Professional and proactive work ethic

Responsibilities


  • Management + Strategy
  • Management of the marketing, graphic design + social media teams 
  • Responsible for the overall offline marketing strategy of the company 
  • Identification of relevant channels to market Lamudi towards brokers or buyers
  • Conduct market studies + regularly do analysis to better understand the market
  • Creation of monthly marketing budget + quarterly marketing plans
  • Reports on results of marketing efforts to MD

  • Event management
  • Organization + management of all events in which Lamudi participates 
  • Negotiation of rates with events and suppliers
  • Design, procurement and distribution of marketing collaterals
  • Responsible for sale of events through own sales + coordination with sales team 

  • Branding, partnerships 
  • Identification, design and planning of any brand communications 
  • Forming partnerships with third parties to create joint promotions/events 

  • Social media, Content, Magazine + B2B Marketing strategies
  • Create and execute customized Marketing strategies for B2B clients Management, execution + performance analysis of all social media channels 
  • Co-responsible for planning, printing and distribution of magazine 
  • Responsible for content of Email Newsletters (customers, brokers, internal)
