Growth Marketing Lead (Marketing + Sales) – Expert ADHD Coaching

Expert ADHD Coaching is a premium ADHD coaching company led by USA Today National Bestselling Author Shanna Pearson. Since 1999, we’ve delivered more than 500,000 one-on-one sessions to adults with ADHD and are trusted by physicians as a core non‑medical component of ADHD treatment.

We’re an established, mid–seven-figure company with spare delivery capacity, and deep proof. We’re now searching for an outstanding Growth Marketing Lead to take ownership of all growth across marketing and sales, including paid acquisition, funnels, booked calls, sales performance, and revenue.

This is a true ownership role, not a “marketing coordinator with a fancy title.” You’re data‑driven and love being measured by results, but you also care deeply about the people behind the numbers. We’re a heart‑centered, mission‑driven company that truly changes lives, and we’re looking for someone genuinely motivated to help people while building a scalable growth engine.

Role Overview

This is not a stepping-stone role; it requires prior ownership of growth outcomes in a high-ticket, call-based business. You will own the full growth engine across marketing and sales, from first click through booked calls, closed sales, and long-term client retention.

You design and operate the growth system, live in the numbers, and get hands-on where it materially improves CAC, show rate, close rate, and retention. You’ll have budget, a dedicated tech/systems builder, and access to external freelancers and contractors to support execution.

You are not a one‑person agency, but this is a hands‑on outcome-driven role where you work directly in ad accounts, funnels, and dashboards, and are responsible for measurable improvements in client acquisition and profitability.

As the company grows, this role can expand in scope and compensation based on performance and impact.

Key Objectives (12‑Month Targets)

  • Increase new clients / month by 50% at same or better coach utilization
  • Improve CAC with CAC paid back in 1.5 months, stable within agreed range
  • Achieve a show rate of at least 75% across channels
  • Achieve a blended close rate of at least 45% on qualified calls
  • Implement a single, reliable dashboard covering the full funnel: clicks, booked calls, closed sales, and 3/6/12-month retention, reviewed weekly.

This position is for someone who has already owned growth across acquisition and sales and is excited to be accountable for results.

Your Responsibilities

  • Run and scale paid traffic (Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok) and test new channels.
  • Create, build and optimize call-based funnels across ads, VSLs or webinars, applications, SMS, scheduling, show-up, and follow-up nurture.
  • Improving lead quality, show rate, and close rate with clear testing.
  • Own brand & positioning within growth channels as the premium, clinical‑grade, non‑medical ADHD coaching program for high‑functioning adults.
  • Lead messaging across websites, funnels, ads, and email so that our differentiation and premium positioning are clear and consistent, establishing us as an essential part of an ADHD treatment plan (not generic life coaching or app-based solutions).
  • Partner with the sales team to strengthen scripts, objection handling, and follow‑up.
  • Turn existing proof (Shanna's National Bestselling book, media, reviews, case studies) into effective direct‑response assets, creatives, and funnels.

You Have /Are

  • 6–8+ years in performance/growth marketing for high‑ticket B2C (ideally coaching/education/health/mental health).
  • Direct experience owning call‑based, high‑ticket funnels (not only e‑commerce or add‑to‑cart).
  • Metrics‑driven and direct‑response minded (CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback, show rate, and close rate are part of how you think and operate).
  • Hands-on experience managing paid media, landing pages, and analytics, with the ability to develop, script, and optimize VSLs and webinars.
  • Strong copy and messaging judgment, with the ability to refine and improve assets created by others.
  • A clear, structured communicator who documents processes, and shares learnings with the team.
  • Motivated by meaningful work and comfortable being accountable for real business outcomes.

Compensation & Details

  • Base salary: $95,000–$125,000 depending on experience
  • Performance bonus tied to profitable new‑client growth above baseline; expected on‑target total compensation $145,000–$175,000+ for strong performance.
  • Fully remote, US‑friendly hours preferred
