Your Role

Codi is looking for an ambitious lead generation marketer to help scale our lead gen efforts in New York and beyond. As a Senior Lead Generation Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal and highly cross-functional role, collaborating closely with Sales, Brand Marketing, Product, and other key stakeholders. You will take ownership of our B2B demand generation strategy & implementation, rigorously prioritizing paid and organic channels based on results and experiments, driving the entire customer lifecycle from lead generation to conversion, while maintaining the cost of acquisition under control. Your main goal will be to build revenue repeatability, especially in New York City, by growing a quality pipeline by 3 to 5x every 6 months. This is a critical, senior-level position with an incredible opportunity to have an impact on Codi's success, and become a Demand Generation leader over time.

Responsibilities

  • Drive a 3-5x increase in sales qualified leads within your first 6-12 months, leveraging your expertise in lead generation strategies and tactics.
  • Implement and execute comprehensive lead generation campaigns across various marketing channels, including paid media, events, and email campaigns (inbound and outbound).
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to align lead generation efforts with sales goals and targets, ensuring a seamless integration between marketing and sales activities.
  • Utilize your deep knowledge of sales-led B2B companies to develop effective lead generation strategies tailored to our target audience of small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of generating large volumes of leads independently.
  • Leverage your creative thinking skills to develop engaging and innovative marketing campaigns that capture the attention of our target market and drive lead generation.
  • Possess operational and technical expertise to define and qualify leads effectively, as well as structure and execute experiments to optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Embrace a scrappy and hands-on approach, rolling up your sleeves to get the job done and adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Demonstrate speed of execution and a ruthless prioritization mindset, effectively managing multiple lead generation initiatives simultaneously.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a lead generation or marketing role, with a proven track record of achieving 5x year-over-year growth and generating large volumes of leads independently.
  • Extensive experience working for sales-led B2B companies, collaborating closely with Sales teams to drive lead generation and achieve revenue goals.
  • Solid understanding of the SMB market segment, with a minimum of 2 years of experience selling to SMB customers.
  • Located in New York City or willing to relocate.
  • Highly creative and capable of developing engaging marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
  • Strong operational and technical skills related to lead definition, qualification, and experiment structure.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, embracing a hands-on and scrappy approach to achieving results.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to execute quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
