Job Description
We’re looking for a creative, data-driven B2B marketer to help us scale our business in the US. You will be planning and executing campaigns that play a central role in refining our GTM strategy for key services as well as developing multi-channel demand generation programs that bring in more marketing qualified leads and support business development. To succeed, you’ll have experience and comfort using marketing automation platforms, end-to-end virtual and offline event planning as well as stakeholder management.
This role will be based in the US, preferably in Chicago (or with the ability to travel to Chicago), and will work alongside the wider Americas Marketing team. This role reports to the Vice President, Marketing (based in Chicago); and will function as a key member of the Americas revenue group.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Plan and deliver quality demand campaigns that drive revenue, and ensure marketing and sales messaging is clear, consistent and concise.
- Lead and manage the varying channel activations including live stream events and webinars, email, content, tradeshows and conferences and partnerships.
- Build and optimize campaigns within Marketo to nurture prospects into qualified leads.
- Work closely with sales leaders to ensure excellent two-way communication and reporting around the revenue process for your focus markets.
- Refine customer profiles and define problems that Mintel helps them solve, as well as seek out and manage marketing partnership opportunities
- Utilize Salesforce to produce ongoing reports on marketing effectiveness and ROI for distribution to marketing and sales leadership on a regular basis
- Work closely with peers and leadership to explore and test new growth marketing channels.

- Multi-tasker: You can pivot on a moment’s notice; managing multiple projects and varying timelines to make sure client deadlines for each project are met. Strong organizational and problem solving skills are a must.
- A Collaborator: You bring an energy to the table that encourages and develops internal relationships. You seek out opportunities to collaborate with peers in your department and across the organization to ultimately elevate our clients’ experience
