You will be part of the Marketing, Channel, Policy, and Growth Product organization. This team is the tip of the spear for new revenue generation and growing Carta’s brand presence. We have teammates across the country who love spreading the word about Carta, democratizing equity ownership, and increasing access to financial education. Members of our team have created and sold TV shows in Hollywood, been on the floor of Congress during the financial crisis, written political speeches heard by thousands, and led the rebrand of Carta from eShares.Â
The Problems You’ll Solve- Explore new channels and methods for growth at Carta, including referral programs, affiliate tests, online templates and freemium tools, and more
- Define the roadmap for growth marketing experiments and tests
- Work closely with the web team, demand generation, product and other teams as you develop and execute marketing tests end-to-end
- Work closely with the CMO and Marketing Leadership to help prioritize new avenues for growth and strategic bets to take as a company
- Help launch new products & services where the best go-to-market strategy may not yet be defined
- Familiar with the ecosystem Carta plays in and have a deep understanding of our customer base and our growth opportunities
- Have experience with multi-channel messaging and go-to-market strategy of new products
- Comfortable designing, enacting, measuring and reporting on tests end-to-end
- Comfortable building new tools, designing web pages, writing copy, and otherwise executive end-to-end on marketing campaigns
- Data-driven and have experience with A/B testing or growth teams
- Have experience with executive communications and working collaboratively cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams
