As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and scaling B2B growth marketing at Healthee, with the ultimate objective of driving Marketing and Sales Qualified Leads. With a strategic mindset, data-driven framework, and out-of-the-box approach, you’ll develop and oversee the marketing team’s plan to drive leads that convert into sales demos.
Utilizing insights from our Sales team’s experience, upcoming product roadmap, and Hubspot reports, you’ll develop initiatives that will most effectively acquire interested prospects, and work closely with our Content Marketing team, Marketing Designer, and Marketing Coordinator to make your vision into reality.

Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies for acquiring qualified leads who ultimately book demos
- Work closely with our Content Marketing to develop an impactful email nurture strategy that transforms leads into interested buyers
- Own our conference strategy, working closely with our Marketing Coordinator to plan and execute conferences
- Create detailed campaign briefs for our Marketing Studio; work closely with them to develop effective collateral
- Take massive, proactive action to achieve your quarterly goals – raising flags when needed, crafting solutions when confronting obstacles, and raising out-of-the-box ideas
- Create actionable monthly reports on key performance marketing metrics, including leads, MQL’s, SQL’s, CPL, CPC, etc
Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B Performance or Growth Marketing experience
- Proven experience running paid media campaigns, working closely with creative marketers to execute on deliverables, and measuring & optimizing campaigns
- Experience working with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Hubspot
- Positive, can-do attitude; proactive in the face of challenges
- Highly independent, self-motivated individual who is adaptable to change
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- BA/BS degree
Bonus points for:
- Experience working in the healthcare industry or marketing to HR professionals is a plus
