What you will do

  • Design and execute robust performance marketing strategies and experiments.
  • Create cross-channel educational content to drive brand and product awareness.
  • Establish and track marketing-related KPIs to improve efficiency and efficacy across acquisition channels.
  • Craft compelling copy across all marketing channels (ads, website, blogs, email, social media).
  • Execute strategy and improve performance across the entire user funnel.
  • Develop and optimize paid ad strategies (including PPC, display, video, re-marketing).
  • Optimize our website and oversee CRO campaigns.
  • Oversee SEO efforts (hands-on, or via SEO agency)
  • Manage freelancer partners (creative agency, video agency, SEO agency, etc) — paid ads strictly managed in-house
  • Own all operational processes for generating customer testimonials and case studies.

What we’re looking for

  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Strong technical expertise with CRMs and data & analytics platforms (Google Analytics).
  • Expert level knowledge of paid ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc).
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SEO optimization.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Data & Analytics tools.
  • Self-awareness, curiosity and a growth mindset.
  • Strong ability to use data and analytics to drive results and communicate strategies.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Arabic is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
