Turn is a 60+ person, venture-backed tech startup focused on driving unprecedented value in the HR tech / workforce industry. Our B2B workforce acquisition platform is used by companies across 30+ industry verticals ranging from rideshare and delivery to health care and event staffing.
Our technology supports employers that need to develop hourly labor quickly and consistently across the U.S.
About You:
We are looking for a creative, highly-driven, hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Growth Marketing Manager at Turn, you will work on strategy, implementation, and optimization across our paid marketing channels and help grow user acquisition.
Our ideal candidate thrives on challenge, has always wanted to be the lead running digital marketing campaigns, and has ample experience in demand generation / acquisition using multi-channel avenues to drive traffic to the funnel. You have an inquisitive mindset and an innate ability to structure, implement, and evaluate growth in an innovative way.
Previous growth marketing experience in a high-growth start-up environment, venture-backed or public labor marketplace (e.g. Uber, Instacart, Amazon, DoorDash, Grubhub, etc) or experience within the labor recruitment industry (e.g. Wonolo, Shiftgig, CareerBuilder, Monster, Manpower, etc.) is a strong plus.

What You'll Do:
- Generate a large number of quality MQLs that effectively convert to Sales demos.
- Design, implement, and execute marketing campaign strategies to generate and nurture qualified B2B leads.
- Leverage growth marketing channels - SEO, SEM, paid social, online.
- Lead planning, building, and executing campaigns cross-channel for demand generation across all stages of the funnel (acquisition, conversion, retargeting).
- Work closely with the Sales and Design teams to create, measure and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Run tests, including A/B experiments, and report results.
- Analyze, identify, and report areas of growth improvement and bring visibility to opportunities in the funnel.
- Own the budget for all paid performance marketing initiatives and non-paid initiatives.
- Own company growth metrics & reporting for paid channels and communication of progress to company and key stakeholders.
What You'll Need:
- 3+ years of experience delivering quality MQLs through paid search and paid social channels.
- Experience creating and implementing MQL strategies.
- Experience defining, exceeding, and scaling MQL targets.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing in a hands-on environment.
- Demonstrate expertise in project and campaign management, analysis, and optimization.
- Proven track record of reaching growth targets and developing scalable marketing processes from the ground up.
- Knowledge of Hubspot as a CRM automation tool is a plus.
