Growth Marketing Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of organic social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube, with expertise in search engine optimization (SEO) and email marketing. You will:
- Organic social media management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement effective organic social media strategies across LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and other untapped channels. Manage content calendars, engage with the community, and optimize social media campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions
- Email marketing: Experience managing email campaigns, including segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and performance tracking. Strong understanding of email deliverability, list management, and compliance with relevant regulations, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
- Search engine optimization (SEO): Use effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques, monitor website performance using analytics tools, and continuously optimize SEO efforts based on data-driven insights.
Ideally you'd have:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS
- Proven experience managing organic social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube
- Experience with tools like Hubspot, GTM, and Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of digital trends, best practices, and the ability to create engaging content that resonates with the target audience
- Search engine optimization (SEO) proficiency
- Strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration

The base salary range for this full-time position in our hub locations of San Francisco, New York, or Seattle, is $126,400 - $151,680. Compensation packages at Scale include base salary, equity, and benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Scale employees are also granted Stock Options that are awarded upon board of director approval. You’ll also receive benefits including, but not limited to: Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, retirement benefits, a learning and development stipend, and generous PTO. Additionally, this role may be eligible for additional benefits such as a commuter stipend.
