Key Responsibilities
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our demand generation initiatives, driving pipeline from lead to opportunity. Your ability to wear many hats will be your strongest asset as you navigate a diverse range of responsibilities, including Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) across our marketing website, managing our Pay Per Click (PPC) agency, building automated signal-based email marketing campaigns, managing our email database, and collaborating closely with our content marketing agency.
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will:
Develop and execute strategies for exponential growth, focusing on pipeline generation across paid/free acquisition channels
Build and optimize email nurture sequences at every step of the funnel to ensure the smooth transition of leads to opportunities
Work closely with multiple agencies and consultants to ensure marketing revenue objectives and goals are achieved
Develop and execute outbound marketing sequences to maximize customer acquisition
Work closely with various teams, including marketing, product, and sales to ensure alignment of growth initiatives with overall company goals
Leverage your knowledge of CRO and PPC strategies, along with proficiency in Wordpress, Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce, and other platforms to drive growth
Use data-driven insights to measure, analyze, and report on the success of growth initiatives, with a focus on generating qualified pipeline for the sales team
Stay ahead of the curve, identifying and implementing the latest growth marketing tools, trends, and strategies.
Key Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a startup environment
Experience in B2B SaaS for the midmarket and enterprise space is required
Strong knowledge of CRO, PPC, and SEO strategies
Proficiency in Wordpress, Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce, Zapier, Google Sheets and other marketing tools
Excellent time management and communication skills
Ability to pivot quickly and adapt to changing priorities
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
HIPAA Compliance
