Job Description

We are growing our consumer marketing team and looking for a talented growth marketer to join us. You will be responsible for acquiring and engaging users across a variety of channels, working closely with the marketing and product teams to find opportunities to scale and optimize. You will have a visible and meaningful impact on the business and have the opportunity to experiment with a variety of tactics and partner with many different teams across the company. This is a hands-on role with a lot of opportunity for growth.
What You'll Do
  • Manage marketing campaigns from start to finish, including creating landing pages and ads, managing a/b tests, and measuring performance
  • Collaborate with the product team to improve user engagement and retention throughout the customer journey and ensure consistent messaging and user experience along each interaction point
  • Partner with and support the marketing team on content, brand, and email campaigns to attract and engage users on those channels
  • Identify opportunities for conversion optimization, implementing and measuring changes to our website and onboarding experiences to improve key growth metrics
  • Explore new channels for acquisition, experimenting with new ways to drive user acquisition through both paid and organic growth channels
  • Measure the performance of different strategies to make data-driven decisions around which activities to cut and which to test

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in a consumer marketing role focused on growth or user acquisition
  • Experience designing and executing campaigns across multiple marketing channels (email, social, display, paid search, influencer marketing, etc.)
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset, with ability to explore and analyze data to make informed decisions
  • GSD (get stuff done) approach, motivated by new challenges, dedicated and good at seeing things through to completion
  • Detail-oriented eye, so that we know we can trust you to work with autonomy and not drop the ball
  • Creative mindset, excited to come up with new approaches to reaching customers and experimenting with out-of-the-box campaigns
  • Learning mentality, smart and curious, able to learn quickly and move fast, always looking to grow and improve
  • Great collaboration skills, working cross-functionally to execute on complex projects and bringing a team-first attitude
  • Relevant martech tools and technical skills (search & social ad platforms, google analytics, etc.)
