Job description:

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and growth-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team. This person will report to the Director of Growth Marketing and be responsible for the development and management of marketing programs, implementation, and results. They will impact acquisition and retention marketing by helping our Growth efforts by engaging with leads and customers through content ultimately converting leads into customers.

What will you be doing:

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across channels
  • Manage our paid and owned channels, including PPC, paid social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), display, SEO, and retargeting to increase performance across acquisition channels
  • Collaborate on the execution that help drive MQLs, SQLs and “won business”
  • Own email marketing campaigns. From content writing to managing email automation
  • Continuously ideate, implement, and measure results of A/B testing for both creatives, landing pages, and campaign targeting to optimize for engagement/conversions
  • Perform regular tracking and analysis on the performance of each campaign, identifying successes and opportunities for improvement
  • Manage ABM platform 
  • Understand user experience and customer journeys, and contribute to an improved UX and further increase acquisition, retention, etc
  • Collaborate and align with cross-functional teams on promotional offer structures/planning and create strategies which bring these to life across the marketing channels
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns and initiatives
  • Drive creation of new ad creatives both through own ideas as well as collaboration with the creative department

You are a match if:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS
  • Experience with paid media channels
  • Hands-on experience using Hubspot required
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including email, social media, paid search, and display advertising
  • Experience with digital tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Linkedin, Facebook Ads, and WordPress
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to implement programs with speed, accuracy and efficiency
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Experience with Salesforce and Terminus is a plus

Compensation:

The base salary for this role is $75,000-$115,000. Please note that our salary ranges are based on current market data and the offered compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and other factors permitted by law.
