Job description:

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and  growth-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team. This person will report to the Director of Growth Marketing and be responsible for the development and management of marketing programs, implementation, and results. They will impact acquisition and retention marketing by helping our Growth efforts by engaging with leads and customers through content ultimately converting leads into customers, and turning customers into active fans and promoters.

What will you be doing:

  • Develop and manage growth marketing plans in conjunction with the SVP of Marketing and Product/IT to meet business growth goals.
  • Manage campaigns through all phases of the campaign including audience segmentation and targeting, campaign execution, tracking response, follow up, reporting and analysis.
  • Manage and optimize channels such as email, SEM, Account-Based Marketing to drive performance.
  • Own and execute email marketing.
  • Nurture and manage existing customers and prospects through email marketing, driving up adoption, revenue and retention to maximize product engagement, feature usage, and introducing new features.
  • Build, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns that leverage intent data, social media, email, direct mail, advertising and events to reach and acquire new target buyers at the right time by generating MQLs to meet targets and nurture leads to warm status.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on performance of your campaigns
  • Plan, manage, and execute cross-functional SaaS B2B campaigns to drive awareness, customer acquisition, and pipeline growth
  • Bring innovative demand generation ideas to life by adopting a test-and-learn mentality

You are a match if:

  • Bring a minimum of 4 years of experience focused on growth through omni-channel marketing
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience (including managing vendors).
  • Experience in omni-channel marketing strategy and marketing automation at high-growth organizations, including hands-on experience with the following: display marketing, content marketing, social media (paid/organic) marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Experience delivering marketing initiatives from end-to-end: define project plans, coordinate resources, manage implementation and develop all processes associated with campaign rollout and reporting metrics.
  • Experience creating highly effective marketing content, including copywriting, creatives, web page development, etc., with proven results and tracking systems.
  • Strong project management, organization, and multitasking abilities
  • Successfully deployed Email Marketing Campaigns
  • Managed Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns
  • Possess strong analytical skills
  • Always curious about the advancements in Marketing and Marketing technology
  • Proficiency in using Hubspot or similar marketing tools to optimize for lifecycle stage and progressively profile leads.
  • SEM (Google Ads, Bing)
  • Social Media Advertising (LinkedIn, Facebook)

Compensation:

The base salary for this role is $75,000-$115,000. Please note that our salary ranges are based on current market data and the offered compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and other factors permitted by law.
