This role is based in our Austin Office near downtown (Hybrid schedule).
What Would You Do?
  • Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you'll be responsible for launching, tracking, and optimizing campaigns across marketing channels to move qualified prospects and enterprise customers down the sales funnel.
  • The ideal candidate will have a thirst for constantly learning about our customers and adapting our approach to effectively reach them.
  • You'll play a key role in driving performance marketing efforts including content planning, and optimization across channels - organic and paid search, paid social, display, email, events, webinars, and podcasts.
  • Work cross-functionally with other GTM functions including SDRs, sales, partner, and customer success teams to identify and execute demand and lead generation opportunities
  • Identify, execute and measure the success of event programs including virtual and in-person webinars, tradeshows, and user conferences
  • Establish and oversee marketing email drip and nurturing sequences
  • Identify key assets to be used in performance marketing campaigns, demand/lead generation, and drip/nurture sequences
  • Identify improvements to our website and social channels that will increase conversions
  • Work with SEO specialist to execute backlinking strategy and optimize content from the website
  • Develop and own analytics dashboard to track key growth metrics and KPI's

Requirements:
  • 2-5 years with digital marketing experience, preferably at Enterprise B2B SaaS companies
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong project management including experience producing webinars, executing in-person event sponsorships, and delivering content and campaigns
  • Experience managing external partners and vendors
  • Experience creating / managing high-performing campaigns for display, google Ads, paid social, display, native, and ABM ad tactics
  • Experience in both demand and lead generation tactics
  • Experience in setting up / managing email drip and nurture sequences
  • Experience with creating campaign reports and analytics dashboards
  • Experience with CRM's like Hubspot and Salesforce
  • Cross-functional project management experience with multiple stakeholders across several departments. Experience working with project management tools like Asana or Jira.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization is a must.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Ability to work cross-culturally with a global marketing team across time zones.
