Growth Marketing Manager

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll own the strategy, planning and coordination of the digital marketing mix and strategies to drive pipeline from our existing user base. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you’ll play a pivotal role in achieving pipeline targets by driving more client trials for the Recorded Future Intelligence Cloud platform. Working closely with our product, sales, data and marketing teams you will be charged with identifying new opportunities and optimizing existing programs that leverage in-platform experience for growth. This will likely include running digital programs to encourage trial usage, optimization of the in-trial experience, and rep enablement to complement these efforts.Â
Responsibilities:
- Partner with our product team to identity product usage data that can be used to target and promote trials and other in-app activityÂ
- Identify messaging and digital programs to increase trial requests and product usage (content, emails, etc.) as well as to improve trial success ratesÂ
- Partner closely with our product marketing team to make our trials more valuable for clients and to increase Trial > PQL rates
- Improve effectiveness of trials by optimizing our in-product experience and automated communication
- Collaborate with partners across the marketing and intelligence services organizations to identify areas of collaboration around product growth
- Enable reps to effectively engage with clients who are enrolled with trialsÂ
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketingÂ
- Proven track record of growth success Â
- Experience running digital campaigns (webinars, written content, email)Â
- Proficiency with A/B testing to improve performanceÂ
- Strong analytical skills and track record of making data-driven decisions
- Ability to translate data into ideas
- Experience growing product adoption, trials, or sales through automationÂ
- Strong fluency in G-Suite and HubSpotÂ
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Strong communicator and collaborator
- Self-starter, who excels in a fast-paced environment
