Responsibilities
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to drive growth, increase customer acquisition, and improve customer retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, analyze key performance metrics, and leverage various marketing channels to achieve company growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Growth Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Customer Acquisition: Lead efforts to acquire new customers through various channels, including digital advertising, content marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, partnerships, events, and more.
- Conversion Rate Optimization: Optimize the conversion funnel by analyzing user behavior and implementing A/B tests and other CRO techniques to increase conversion rates.
- Retention and Loyalty: Develop and execute strategies to improve customer retention, increase customer lifetime value, and build brand loyalty.
- Data Analysis:Analyze marketing data and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Use data to make informed decisions and refine marketing strategies.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure a positive return on investment (ROI) for marketing initiatives.
- Content Development: Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling and relevant content that resonates with the target audience.
- Product Integration: Work closely with product teams to ensure that marketing strategies align with product marketing and launch efforts.
- Marketing Automation: Implement and manage marketing automation tools and systems to streamline marketing campaigns and communication.
- Analytics and Reporting: Create regular reports on marketing performance, track key metrics, and present findings to senior management.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor activities, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and threats.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or a similar role, with a track record of driving measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Expertise in digital marketing channels and technologies.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and CRO principles.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

- Salary $130-140K
Salary:For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $130-$140K base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive an equity based on Company's plans and in accordance with Company's policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
