WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for a data-driven marketer with 3+ years of healthcare/healthtech marketing experience to identify and implement campaign strategies that align with our business goals, build brand visibility, and drive growth. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Growth, Product and Marketing teams to develop campaigns that utilize tactics such as events, email, paid advertising, and social media, as well as work collaboratively with external partners on developing content that encourages high buyer intent. You will also be responsible for continuous campaign performance monitoring, results measurement, and making recommendations that improve campaign visibility, lead progression, and pipeline creation.Â
Role Responsibilities:
- Identify the buyer journey and develop (both independently and in collaboration with external writers) corresponding content to build awareness and drive pipeline conversion.
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for digital engagement channels and tactics across paid social, organic social, webinars, SEM, media buys, and email.
- Develop A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and other content forms, troubleshooting and optimizing as needed.
- Deploy digital marketing campaigns and track campaign performance using Hubspot and other campaign management dashboards.
- Build and execute an SEO strategy to improve company relevancy and rank.Â
- Partner with internal teams to organize and execute marketing presence at key growth-focused conference and events.
- Help lead communication to leadership on progress against KPIs, relaying successes and learnings from campaigns through data-driven reports and presentations.
- Develop subject matter expertise in oncology, health plan, and provider segments and build trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
WHAT YOU’VE DONE
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful awareness and lead generation campaigns across various channels, including digital, email, events, and more.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems and B2B digital advertising platforms (Hubspot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads).
- Strong understanding of content marketing principles, with the ability to create and optimize content for different stages of the buyer's journey.
- Proficiency in utilizing data analytics to inform marketing strategies, measure performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with a knack for building processes and ability to keep track of many moving pieces.Â

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities at Thyme Care. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other Thyme Care employees. In accordance with New York City law, the base salary for this role if filled within New York City is $100,000-$130,000. The salary range could be lower or higher than this if the role is hired in another location or at another level. We also believe that your personal needs and preferences should be taken into consideration so we allow some choice between equity and cash.
