As a Growth Marketing Manager for Nurse Acquisition, you will spearhead marketing strategies and campaigns to attract and retain top nursing talent. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to enhance connectRN's visibility and appeal among nursing professionals. You will play a pivotal role in executing growth initiatives that align with our strategic goals and contribute to our overall brand presence in the healthcare sector.

  • Develop and Implement Strategies: Design and execute growth marketing strategies focused on nurse acquisition, ensuring alignment with connectRN’s strategic objectives and brand values.
  • Manage Multi-Channel Campaigns: Oversee and optimize growth marketing efforts across various channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, digital advertising, and job boards, to effectively target and engage prospective nurse members.
  • Create Compelling Campaigns: Lead the development of engaging brand campaigns, compelling storytelling, and targeted outreach initiatives to enhance connectRN’s reputation as the leading platform for nursing professionals.
  • Analyze and Optimize Performance: Utilize advanced analytics to assess campaign performance, derive actionable insights, and continuously refine strategies to meet growth and engagement targets while maximizing marketing ROI.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with clinical leadership, operations, compliance, and product teams to ensure a seamless and effective recruitment process and to align marketing efforts with organizational objectives.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging marketing practices to continually innovate and improve connectRN’s growth marketing tactics and strategies.


You have...

  • 4+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, with a focus on talent acquisition. Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus but not required.
  • Proven track record in managing and executing successful marketing campaigns across digital channels, with a solid understanding of SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using data and analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
