Key Responsibilities
We’re seeking a data‑driven Growth Marketing Manager to own acquisition strategies and execution for our fast-growing brands. You’ll lead performance across media channels funnel optimization and creative messaging to achieve defined revenue acquisition and profit targets.

Define and execute media strategies with budgets above $1M/month to hit acquisition and revenue goals.

Optimize the entire funnel—from ad creative to checkout and upsell—to maximize customer value and profitability.

Drive creative strategy by product audience and channel ensuring brand consistency.

Prioritize improvements weekly/bi‑weekly using a 20/80 framework.

Lead upsell/downsell testing via proprietary one‑click funnel software.

Monitor and optimize each step in the customer journey from platform messaging through thank‑you page.

+5 years developing and executing growth marketing strategies—particularly in e‑commerce or consumer products.

Experience managing six‑figure monthly ad spend across Meta Pinterest TikTok YouTube and Google.

Skilled at interpreting consumer data to drive creative and media decisions.

Strong collaboration and communication with creative engineering and marketing teams.

Organized detail‑oriented and comfortable owning complex funnels from paid media setup to upsell flows and thank‑you pages.
