Growth Marketing Manager - Remote
Job Description
We are looking for a full-stack Growth Marketer who will play a pivotal role in the growth of League. You will report into the Senior Growth Marketing Manager and be responsible for executing and optimizing digital campaigns with a focus on email marketing and paid advertising. The Marketing team is dynamic, driven, and highly engaged and we are seeking an individually motivated culture builder to join our team.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical ability and a passion for conversions and acquisition. The ideal candidate is data-driven, experimental and ready to bring their innovative ideas on new growth marketing tactics to the table. You prioritize revenue and thrive in a high-growth and iterative team environment. You’re comfortable sharing your expertise and opinions in the creative and copy processes but are just as eager to learn and ask questions. You’re a proactive self-starter with a natural ability to manage multiple acquisition channels.
In this role, you will:- Manage SEM and ABX advertising channels and actively monitor performance
- Build and optimize email nurture programs to support marketing campaigns, ABX and overall go-to-market strategy
- Implement and monitor testing initiatives that employ A/B and multivariate testing models in order to maximize performance metrics
- Build and maintain performance reporting and analysis across all owned acquisition channels - aggregate and analyze data from a variety of sources to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
- Prepare and present insights and recommendations from experimental data
- Stay up-to-date on best practices for current acquisition channels and proactively recommend new tactics based on industry trends
- 4+ years experience in growth / performance marketing or demand generation role (B2B)
- Deep understanding of growth marketing tactics to optimize all stages of the funnel
- Knowledge of marketing effectiveness measurement, marketing KPIs and metrics
- Proven experience in the execution of data-driven digital marketing campaigns
- Hands-on experience in Google Ads / SEM
- Experience with account-based intent and advertising platforms (e.g. Demandbase, Terminus, 6sense)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms (experience with Pardot strongly preferred)
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to execute with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong statistical and analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate results and insights
