Growth Marketing Manager (US Remote)

Summary

As Growth Marketing Manager, you will own optimization of the website and free trial product experience for Avoma. Help us make our product-led experience even more fantastic for our customers.

What you will be doing in the role (Responsibilities)

• Conversion optimization: Manage the website post-click experience! Help our visitors get to the right content and understand how best to engage with us
• Free trial optimization: Guide our users to the best possible free trial experience, by introducing them to, and educating them on the features and capabilities of the product
• A/B and multivariate testing: Be our inhouse testing expert. Design and execute experiments to improve our web and product experience
• In-product marketing: Introduce our users to the power of Avoma within the app
• Personalization: Get the right content and features in front of the right users at the right time to increase feature adoption and customer retention.
• Collaborate with the rest of marketing and the revenue team to build a seamless customer journey

Requirements

What you need to be successful in the role (Qualifications)

• Previous track record of success in growth marketing
• Experience in collaborating with product and sales teams
• Proven ability to synthesize data into insights and experiments
• Facility with the PLG (product-led growth) toolset, including marketing automation, A/B testing, product personalization, product analytics, etc.
• Work outside the org chart to get things done

What sets you apart (Bonus Qualifications)

• Experience growing an early stage startup
• Skills in copywriting and visual design
• Experience in B2B SaaS, especially for PLG, and/or a sales buyer persona
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence technologies and tools
• Experience with performance marketing, including paid channels, attribution tracking, landing pages
